About
My work is guided by the understanding that the body holds deep wisdom and an innate capacity to heal.
Through Somatic Experiencing, I support the nervous system in finding safety, regulation, and balance — gently, at its own pace.
In our sessions, we explore what’s present in your body with curiosity and care. Small moments of awareness can open new pathways — toward more calm, resilience, and connection to yourself.
I offer sessions in Biel/ Bienne, Zürich, and online (in German, English, and French).
My background includes training in Somatic Experiencing® (SEP) and ongoing work in trauma integration and embodied awareness.
The essence of this work is not to fix what’s broken, but to listen — and to rediscover trust in the body’s natural rhythm.
About Me
My path into Somatic Experiencing grew out of a deep curiosity about how the body holds and releases experience.
For many years, I’ve been exploring the connection between awareness, trust, and the body’s natural capacity to find balance.
A significant part of this path has also been personal — living with a chronic pain condition has taught me how closely our physical and emotional worlds are intertwined.
Through Somatic Experiencing and body-based practice, I began to experience moments of relief, ease, and acceptance, which led to a new sense of connection with my body.
This process continues to inform how I accompany others — with patience, attunement, and respect for each person’s unique rhythm.
In my work, I bring warmth, sensitivity, and a deep respect for the body’s wisdom and timing.

About Somatic Experiencing
Somatic Experiencing® (SE) is a body-oriented approach to healing trauma and restoring the natural rhythm of the nervous system.
It was developed by Dr. Peter A. Levine, who holds doctorates in Medical Biophysics and Psychology.
His lifelong work explores how animals in the wild recover naturally from threat without lasting trauma — and how these same principles can help humans heal from overwhelming experiences.
Drawing from biology, neuroscience, and decades of clinical practice, SE helps release stored survival energy and supports the body in finding safety, balance, and resilience.
The process is gentle and attuned — inviting awareness of sensations, impulses, and movements that lead toward completion and integration.
SE offers a way of coming back into connection with the body’s wisdom — to feel more grounded, present, and alive.
